Start With A Discovery Session

Comprehensive Initial Consultation

Together we will work to reach your health goals in areas such as achieving optimal weight, reducing food cravings, increasing sleep, and maximizing energy. Develop a deeper understanding of the food and lifestyle choices that work best for you and implement lasting changes that will improve your energy, mood, relationships, and overall health. Includes extensive food and lifestyle review, up to 1 hour consult with written suggestions and resources. 

For new clients only.


Follow-Up Consultations

During this consultation and any subsequent consults, we will review your progress, go over any questions you have and continue to build on your plan making necessary adjustments. Follow-up sessions are a great way to stay motivated, focused, and accountable. Each session lasts up to 1 hour. Most clients feel more encouraged and supported with follow-up sessions. It all depends on your personal needs and desired outcome.

Health and Wellness Education

Learn how to implement healthy habits and better manage stress in the midst of our busy lives. Stop living on auto-pilot and start living life on purpose; one small step at a time. Educational presentations are suited for Corporate Team Building Meetings, Workshops, or Residential Gatherings. Presentations are tailored based on necessary needs. Hands on materials provided.
